Terms of Use

The legal agreement governing your participation
in our training curriculums and programs.

Last Updated: May 21, 2026

Welcome to Carvo Group. These Terms of Use ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you", "your", or "Student") and Carvo Group ("we", "us", or "our"), concerning your access to and use of our online training portals, course materials, templates, and associated programs.

By purchasing our course, registering for team seats, or downloading our operational toolkit, you agree that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with all of these Terms, you are prohibited from using the materials and must cease access immediately.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Prince Edward Island (PEI) and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

1. Intellectual Property (IP) and Toolkit Licensing

Unless otherwise indicated, all course lessons, videos, narratives, designs, audio voice narrations, and downloadable Tools and Templates are the exclusive intellectual property of Carvo Group and are protected by Canadian and international copyright and trademark laws.

Upon enrolling, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access the course portal and download templates subject to the following rules:

  • Internal Organizational Use: You are granted a permanent license to use the downloadable templates internally to audit, build, and optimize your organization's processes as it relates to the specific training.
  • Commercial Redistribution Prohibited: You may not white-label, resell, repackage, license, copy, or distribute our training videos or templates to external businesses, consulting clients, or third parties.
  • No Academic Sharing: sharing course logins or copying full lesson plans for external educational seminars is strictly prohibited.

2. Seat Licenses (Team & Organization Tiers)

For organizations purchasing a Team & Organization License (where applicable to the specific course), the following terms apply:

  1. The license grants the purchased number of designated team members (seats) access to the course portal under a unified company account.
  2. Login Security: Each seat must be assigned to an individual corporate email address. Sharing a single seat's login credentials among multiple users simultaneously is strictly prohibited.
  3. Reassignment Policy: We recognize that corporate organizational charts evolve. If an assigned employee leaves your company or is transferred to a department not involved in recruitment, you may request to reassign their seat to their active successor. Reassignment requests must be submitted to our support desk.

3. Executive Partnership Audits

For students enrolled in an Executive Partnership Tier (where applicable), your package may include private audit or consulting sessions with a senior consultant. These consulting hours are subject to the following guidelines:

  • Expiration Limit: The review sessions must be scheduled, held, and completed within six (6) months from the initial date of purchase unless stated otherwise. Any unused sessions remaining after the period will be forfeited without a refund.
  • Prerequisite Submissions: To ensure your consult sessions are high-value and professional, you are required to have filled out the relevant drafts of your worksheets or tools using our template frameworks prior to scheduling your call.
  • Cancellation Policy: A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to reschedule a booked call. Sessions missed without notice will be counted as utilized.

4. Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Credits

Our curriculums are designed to align with Continuing Professional Development (CPD) guidelines. Upon successful completion of all production lessons and passing the final alignment assessment (if applicable), Carvo Group issues an official Certificate of Completion. Students may be eligible to claim our programs toward continuing education credits (CPD hours) for their respective professional designations.

Reporting Disclaimer & Verification: Because continuing education requirements vary by region, profession, and specific designation guidelines, you are solely responsible for verifying your local eligibility. We highly recommend that you check with your relevant professional association or regulatory chapter to confirm that our programs meet their specific continuing professional development (CPD) criteria. Carvo Group provides proof of completion and the required syllabus framework but makes no guarantee of credit approval, which remains subject to the audit rules of your specific regulatory board.

5. The Performance Guarantee & Refund Policy

We stand firmly behind the efficacy of our operational recruiting frameworks. Our refund guarantee is framed around action and professional execution:

Our Performance Guarantee: If you complete the lessons and implement the provided templates and frameworks, but your business outcomes do not improve within 30 days of purchase, reach out to our support team. We will work with you to make it right.

Because our courses include immediate download privileges for highly valuable, proprietary business spreadsheets and tools, we do not issue simple "no-questions-asked" refunds. To claim a refund under our guarantee:

  1. You must submit your refund request within 30 calendar days of purchase.
  2. You must submit completed copies of the core worksheets and templates developed during the course, alongside evidence that the frameworks were actively utilized in your organization.

6. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer of Warranties

Disclaimer of Warranties: All courses, materials, templates, and strategic frameworks provided by Carvo Group are delivered on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the materials will meet your specific business requirements, or that any outcomes are guaranteed.

No Professional or Legal Advice: The content provided in our training portals is for educational and strategic purposes only. We do not provide legal, financial, or certified HR compliance advice. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your hiring practices and operational processes comply with local, provincial, state, and federal laws.

Limitation of Liability: Business and recruitment outcomes are highly dependent on external variables beyond our control, including local economic conditions, organizational execution, and the final selections made by your company. In no event shall Carvo Group, its directors, employees, affiliates, or partners be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, special, consequential, exemplary, or incidental damages. This includes, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, employee turnover, or operational downtime, arising out of your use or inability to use the programs, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In all cases, our total cumulative liability under this Agreement, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall be strictly limited to the actual amount paid by you to Carvo Group for the specific course enrollment or materials giving rise to the claim.

7. Dispute Resolution and Venue

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, including their validity, invalidity, breach, or termination, shall be settled exclusively in courts located in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island, Canada. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating all such claims.
